How do I use my Brisbane Holiday Dollars Voucher?

Woot! Lucky you to get a Brisbane Holiday Dollars Voucher.

We do need you to get in touch with Helen to use this voucher. You can DM her on facebook or instagram, text or ring on 0407 394 372 or shoot us an email at info@brisbanecitycycling.com.au. Apologies for the two step process, the reward is a half price bike tour and we will turn around your query just as soon as we are able.

How are you COVID Safe?

To ensure appropriate hygiene measures are in place during COVID, Brisbane City Cycling will be suspending the supply of reusable cups and bottles of water and will instead supply tour participants with single use bottles of water and coffee cups (with recycling measures taken).

Prior and following each tour, our cleaning plan includes wiping down all bikes with antibacterial wipes and cleansing all helmets with a disinfectant spray. These measures were all part of our ordinary mode of operations, but we want to be clear that we are taking them to ensure your continued good health.

We will be asking tour participants to respect social distancing measures and will carry hand sanitiser available for all participants throughout the tour.

Lastly, if you are unable to attend the tour due to your feeling unwell, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule at a later date and/or discuss refunds outside of our normal Refund Policy.

Where do we meet for the start of the tour?

Our tours will start and end at the city side entrance to the Howard Smith Wharves (5 Boundary Street). We will meet all together, individually test the seat height and do a short ride off the bike path to ensure all tour participants are confident in riding the bike.
